This is an ongoing reward, in perpetuity: there is no fixed month limit for an approved referral while the client remains actively billed and pays, subject to the agreed program terms. Your rewards follow the eligible driver count on paid invoices.
Client pays first
An invoice becomes eligible for a referral payout bonus only after ELD Engine receives the referred company’s payment and at least 10 days have passed since the invoice was paid.
A clear monthly window
Payouts are issued within the first 10 days of the month, at most once a month. Your payout frequency is subject to agreement.
$100 minimum payout
Smaller balances accumulate. Once your eligible balance reaches $100, it is paid in the next available agreed payout period.
Choose how you get paid
Receive payouts by wire transfer or bank card, subject to availability and agreement. Bank card payment fees are paid by you, the referrer.
For example: 10 eligible drivers earn $50 per paid month. After two paid months, once at least 10 days have passed since each invoice was paid, the $100 eligible balance qualifies for the next available payout period.

ELD Engine is a product. FOUND SOLUTIONS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the legal entity behind the product.
1. Approval and agreement
This page describes a limited referral offer, not automatic enrollment or a guarantee of income. Before referring, you must receive written approval from ELD Engine and enter into a written referral agreement expressly accepting these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract, or authorized to act for your organization. ELD Engine may decline applications or prospective clients. Your signed agreement identifies the contracting legal entity, effective date, governing law, dispute forum, payout arrangements, and any agreed exceptions; it controls if it conflicts with this page. Merely visiting this page or contacting us does not create a referral contract.
2. Qualifying referrals and attribution
A qualifying referral is a genuine new client introduced with its permission, registered with and accepted by ELD Engine in writing before the client signs up. Existing clients, prospects already in active discussions, self-referrals, entities you own or control, and duplicate referrals are excluded unless expressly approved in writing. Only one referrer may receive a reward for a client; attribution is confirmed using introduction and sales records before acceptance. No retroactive claims or overlapping commissions apply unless agreed in writing. Client acceptance and service pricing remain ELD Engine’s responsibility.
3. Reward calculation and client payment
All amounts are in US dollars. The reward is $5 per eligible driver per month for the approved referred client. Eligible drivers are drivers included in paid recurring ELD Engine service invoices, not the client’s total fleet, ELD-provider subscriptions, free trials, free or credited drivers, or unpaid accounts. Rewards are earned only after the corresponding client payment is received and cleared. An invoice becomes eligible for a referral payout bonus only when at least 10 days have passed since the invoice was paid. Partial months and partial payments are calculated proportionately against the invoiced service period and amount paid. Rewards reflect actual billed driver counts and exclude taxes, setup charges, and unrelated services. No reward is earned on cancelled, refunded, charged-back, or uncollectible amounts. Documented reversals or calculation errors may be corrected or offset against future rewards, with an explanation provided to you.
4. Recurring duration
Approved referral rewards have no fixed time limit: they continue in perpetuity while the referred client remains actively billed for eligible services and pays, subject to your referral agreement and compliance with it. Rewards do not accrue during unpaid, free, suspended, or inactive periods. Cancellation ends future accrual; any reactivation or new contract must have its attribution confirmed in writing. “In perpetuity” does not mean unconditional payments forever, a fixed driver count, or guaranteed client retention.
5. Payout timing, threshold, and methods
Payouts are made at most once per month, at the frequency agreed in writing, and issued within the first 10 calendar days of the agreed payout month for verified eligible balances from prior periods. Each payout requires a minimum eligible reward balance of $100 before applicable card fees and legally required withholding. Balances below $100 carry forward without routine expiration until the threshold is reached, then are paid in the next available agreed payout period. A late client payment qualifies for the next available payout period only after it clears and at least 10 days have passed since the invoice was paid. Payment is by wire transfer or bank card, subject to provider availability, supported destinations, and agreement. The referrer pays bank card payment fees, which may be deducted from the payout and disclosed before that method is agreed. Any wire or currency conversion charges must be agreed in advance. Bank processing may delay receipt after issuance.
6. Payment information and taxes
You must provide accurate payment details and any legally required identity, tax, or payment-provider documentation through the process we arrange with you. Do not send bank card numbers or sensitive banking documents through the general contact form. You are responsible for your taxes; ELD Engine may report payments and make legally required withholding. Payouts may be delayed while required information is missing, payment details are invalid, or a legal restriction or documented eligibility dispute is unresolved. We will explain the reason where legally permitted and release undisputed eligible amounts in the next available payout period after resolution.
7. Honest, lawful introductions
Obtain permission before sharing a prospect’s personal information and comply with privacy, marketing, anti-spam, anti-bribery, sanctions, and other applicable laws. Clearly disclose your financial relationship when recommending ELD Engine, for example: “I may earn a referral fee if you become an ELD Engine client.” Do not make misleading claims, promise regulatory outcomes, send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate ELD Engine, use our branding without permission, or offer unauthorized incentives. Do not refer in breach of duties to an employer or client, or accept prohibited compensation; obtain any required employer or client consent. You have no authority to negotiate, bind, or make commitments for ELD Engine. This arrangement creates no employment, agency, partnership, or exclusivity.
8. Limited offer, changes, and termination
This offer is limited. ELD Engine may modify, suspend, or stop the offer and acceptance of new participants or referrals at any moment. ELD Engine may, at its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue any current referrer’s ability to refer new clients, with or without cause. Discontinuing that ability or stopping the offer does not alter the terms, continuing reward rights, or valid accrued rewards for referrals approved before the discontinuation; those referrals remain governed by the existing referral agreement and applicable program terms. Changes to existing contractual rights require the process specified in that agreement and applicable law; posting a new webpage does not itself remove those rights. Participation may be suspended or terminated for fraud, material breach, prohibited conduct, or legal necessity as provided in the agreement. Fraudulent or ineligible rewards are not payable. Treatment of valid accrued balances, including final balances below $100, and any continuing reward rights upon termination must be specified in the signed agreement.
9. Risk allocation and disputes
There is no guarantee of acceptance, sales, driver counts, client duration, or earnings. To the extent permitted by law, ELD Engine disclaims warranties concerning referral earnings and excludes indirect, consequential, special, and punitive damages arising from participation. The signed agreement must expressly address any aggregate liability cap, indemnity for third-party claims caused by your unlawful promotions or material breach, termination procedure, and dispute process. No exclusion limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, or excuses payment of valid earned rewards. Contact us promptly about a disputed balance so we can review the relevant records; no short claim deadline is imposed by this page.
