1. Information we collect
We may collect contact and business information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details, and messages you send us. When an organization uses our Services, we may also process account, device, log-in, support, ELD, vehicle, driver, location, and operational information made available by that organization or its authorized third-party providers.
Our website may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP address. We may collect this information through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Who is responsible for information
FOUND SOLUTIONS LLC operates the ELD Engine product and is responsible for personal information collected directly through the ELD Engine website and Services, except where we process information solely on behalf of a business customer. In that case, the business customer generally controls the information and FOUND SOLUTIONS LLC acts as its service provider or processor, subject to the applicable agreement.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; respond to requests; operate integrations; communicate about service, support, and permitted marketing; create aggregated or de-identified insights; prevent fraud and misuse; and comply with legal obligations. Where we process personal information on behalf of a business customer, we do so under that customer’s instructions and applicable agreements.
4. How we share information
We may share information with our affiliates, authorized personnel, service providers, professional advisers, and vendors that help us operate the Services; with the customer or organization that authorized the use; when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or sale. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
Third-party ELD, telematics, communications, hosting, analytics, payment, and similar providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their privacy, security, retention, availability, or use of information. Please review their notices and settings directly.
5. Customer-controlled information
If your employer, carrier, or another organization provides your information to us or authorizes our access to it, that organization is generally responsible for its privacy notices, legal basis, and privacy requests. We will direct requests concerning customer-controlled information to the relevant organization when appropriate, and will assist it as required by applicable agreements and law.

7. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type, customer instructions, and law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
